To achieve the best outcome for both seller and buyer we offer a very full range of end-to-end services. Some might call it a package but at Contest Brokerage we work closely with each client to arrive at the individual match-perfect solution for an eased sale and purchase.

Professional services

While we advise and act for clients with yachts located worldwide, we also have an increasing number of distant owners returning to our Medemblik base to gain the benefits of our full concierge sales service.

Here in Holland, returning yachts can be refreshed and made ready for best presentation in either our heated 6,300m2 showroom and halls or on our pristine 4,000m2 hard standing that has 40 marina berths alongside for slipping and trials. That preparation for sale may include a simple valeting, polishing and antifouling or, for full optimisation, repairor refit of hull, interior, engineering or rig, all managed and completed onsite in the workshops of MYS, our Contest Group’s own yacht care division. With seller and buyer engaged, we can also assist with full professional services ranging through:

  • Insurance
  • Ship's registration
  • Mortgage supervision
  • Customs and Excise

Then of course there’s delivery and that we help with, too, be it near or far, by truck or ship or under own sail – and for that we’ll even help find you the right crew.
